“You must be compassionate just as your Father is compassionate.” Luke 6:36 Show compassion to everyone. It doesn’t say to be compassionate to those who are kind to you. God is compassionate to everyone. How do you treat the people who serve you? Do you take time to say ‘thank you’? Or do you receive the service with an attitude of ‘that’s their job’? Make it a point to thank the people who serve you: the person who cleans your work space, the person who checks you out at the store, the server at the restaurant, the person who does your laundry and cooks for you. Don’t forget the grumpy, they especially need an extra dose of compassion. In our rush, we aren’t always compassionate to others. Make it a habit to show love to all and be truly blessed.
