“Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” 1Thessalonians 5:16-18 Joy comes from deep within. It comes from a close relationship with God. Praying always doesn’t mean you are on your knees 24/7. It means you have open communication with Him 24/7. He says to be grateful in all circumstances. He doesn’t say be thankful for all circumstances but IN all circumstances. Knowing God is in control, we can have a grateful attitude. We know God can use all things for His glory. When we make a conscious effort to do what God says, we see people in a different light. When we do God’s will, we find it easier to be joyful and grateful. Be grateful and be blessed.
