“But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father who sees everything will reward you.” Matthew 6:6 We need to take time to have intimate one on one conversations with God, to sit at His feet and tell Him everything that’s on our hearts. Yes, He knows everything, but He wants you to spend that time with Him being real. It does not mean you don’t pray in public but when you do, be real there too. Don’t put on a show to impress others. Spend time talking with God in private, share your whole heart, build the relationship and be blessed.
