“But the Lord said to Joshua, ‘I have given you Jericho, it’s king, and all its strong warriors. You and your fighting men should March around the town once a day for six days…on the seventh day you are to March around the town seven times…not a single word from any of you until I tell you to shout. Then shout! The people did as Joshua instructed and on the seventh time around. They shouted and walls of Jericho came down.” Joshua 6:1-20 These were soldiers trained to fight. God told Joshua to have them walk around the city for 7 days. Can you imagine what they were thinking? Maybe you are looking for a miracle. Has God told you to do something that seems odd? Have you given up? What if your miracle is right around the corner and all you need to do is that odd thing to get it? Be in tune with God, do as He instructs, and be blessed.
