Freedom

“And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32 “If the Son sets you free, you are truly free.” John 8:36 Today, we celebrate freedom in our country. We can celebrate this freedom because people are willing to fight for those freedoms. We are grateful for all of the men and women who have and continue to fight for our freedom. If we didn’t have freedom to choose, in our country, would we know the freedom we have in Christ? As Christians, we know the Truth. The Truth that God sent His Son to die for us so that we could have eternal life. Because we know the Son, we are free. But would we know the Truth if we didn’t have freedom to choose?
