“Yes, I am the gate. Those who come through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and have good pastures. The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” John 10:9-10 Back in Jesus day, at night the shepherd would find an area that was walled in except for a small opening for his sheep. Then the shepherd would lay in the opening as the gate. No one and nothing could get to the sheep without going through the shepherd. Jesus uses this parable to teach about salvation. We are all lost, broken, and going to hell unless we choose Jesus. The only way to be saved is through Jesus. He wants you to come to Him as you are. Choose Jesus and be blessed.
