“Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!” Habakkuk 3:17-18 We don’t always get what we want when we pray for it. Sometimes it comes later and sometimes not at all. God didn’t say he’d give us whatever we want. He said He would be with us through all things. His grace is made perfect in our weaknesses. He will give us peace in our storms. He will sustain us in our struggles. We have to keep our eyes on Him. See the good in all things and praise Him. Be grateful He is always with you and be blessed.
