“While he was still speaking to her, messengers arrived from the home of Jairus, the leader of the synagogue. They told him, ‘Your daughter is dead. There’s no use troubling the Teacher now.’ But Jesus overheard them and said to Jairus, ‘Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.” Mark 5:35-36 When things are not going our way, we give up to easily. We allow confusion, disappointment, anger, and/or hopelessness to take over. Jesus said, “Don’t be afraid. Have faith.” In Jesus, there is both hope and promise. The next time you have these negative feelings, look to Jesus. Nothing is impossible with Jesus! (Luke 1:37) Have faith and be blessed.
