Payback

“Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will grant you his blessing.” 1Peter 3:9 How do you handle conflict? Pay back? Lash out in anger? Run away? Hold a grunge? None of these options are healthy for you. God says we should bless them when they offend us. I know this is hard but it truly is the best thing to do. When we react negatively, satan is in control. It also prolongs the conflict. We should first ask God how we should respond and then work to resolve the conflict sooner than later. Bless them and God will bless you.
