Yet he cannot bring himself to ask, “Is this idol that I’m holding in my hand a lie?” Isaiah 44:20 An idol is anything or anyone we give greater focus to than we give God. It can be something good that becomes a distraction. It can be a relationship, a hobby, a sport, a ministry, etc. If we make God the priority, everything else will fall into place. Put God first and be blessed.
