“Then Jesus said, ‘Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest a while.’ He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat” Mark 6:31 Are you getting enough rest? We get caught up in being busy, we don’t get enough rest, we don’t eat good, and we take care of everybody else but ourselves. Jesus points out the importance of rest. If Jesus thought it was important to rest, don’t you think it might be important for you also? Take time to sit in the quiet and rest, eat good, and get good sleep. Take care of yourself and be blessed.
